Mouting kit for two cases Bighusky

Mounting kit for carrier tube diameter 18mm, painted RAL 9005 - black mat.

Assembling and disassembling the case from the carrier is done by tightening only the top two hexagons - the bottom two remain tight! Time consumption approx. 10-15 seconds!

For assembly you need:
1 x patient and strong friend :-)
1x drill
1x metal drill 8.5 mm
1x drill bit 12 mm or larger, possibly sandpaper - for cleaning burrs after drilling
1x drawing needle or alcohol marker marker that can be seen
- All washers belong under the screw, i.e. into the trunk!

We will put the trunk in a suitable position for you - you can determine the height and slope of the trunk - don't forget the space for the passenger's shoe and the height of the trunk in relation to the saddle

When we have the suitcase attached, we place one "puck" from the inside of the carrier - from the wheel - to the bottom corner of the tubular carrier and circle the puck around part of its circumference with a needle or marker.

We put the suitcase on the side - preferably on the mat - we put the puck in the same place - we will use the already marked place for orientation and then mark the central hole

We take the puck out of the trunk, drill the marked central hole precisely with an 8.5 mm drill bit

Clean the hole from the inside of the trunk with a 12 mm or larger drill bit, or sandpaper

We proceed in the same way for all other holes - first we drill the lower holes, then the upper ones and gradually - we eliminate possible inaccuracies during the actual drilling.

After assembling the first case, the second case must be placed exactly in relation to the first - the best check is behind the motorcycle at a distance of approx. 5m from the rear of the motorcycle
